Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.


Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping will be subject to additional shipping fees, email us at [email protected].


Orders up to $39.99 will be charged $5.00 for shipping within the US.

*Free shipping on orders of $40 or more.


Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Shipping Carriers

Socks & Soles uses USPS, UPS, and FedEx for ship to our customers.



Socks & Soles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Return Policy

We want you and your feet to be comfortable and happy! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We'll be glad to help you find the perfect socks, insoles, and accessories to help make sure your feet are always smiling.

For up to 60 days following your purchase, and with your original receipt, we will exchange or provide a refund for any new and unused item in its original packaging.
